I and an artist and art instructor at Fayetteville Technical Community College.  I teach Drawing, Sculpture, 3-D Design, Art Appreciation, Art History and Ceramics.  I find teaching often deepens my understanding of my work.  Before joining the FTCC faculty I taught in Virginia at James Madison University and Lord Fairfax Community College.

I am proud and grateful to have won numerous awards and am included in national and international collections.  My work is  published in the Lark 500 Book Series, “500 Bowls”.   I am grateful to  have received several grants from private and state agencies on behalf of her work and currently maintains a studio in Sanford NC.
